After a rain delay a week earlier, the skies cleared on a warm Saturday spring afternoon in a lush Abingdon Square. Our 10th Annual Tulip Celebration - The Tulip Serenade - with the Juilliard School students who enchanted our neighbors, friends and visitors with their flute and guitar for a free one hour concert.
